SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
Right now we ship within Canada only. US and international shipping isn't available yet, but it's something we're working toward.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Rates are $17.99 for small orders, $21.99 for medium orders, and $35.99 for larger orders.
How long will my order take to ship?
Bonita Skin products are made to order in small batches, so please allow a little extra time before your order leaves our hands. As soon as it ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow along.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return or exchange window on unopened, undamaged products. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if something is wrong with my order?
We want you to love what you ordered. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or isn't what you expected, email us at admin@bonitaessentials.ca and we'll help sort it out.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Reach out as soon as possible at admin@bonitaessentials.ca. Because Bonita Skin items are made to order, we can only make changes before your order goes into production.

Where is Bonita Skin made?
Every Bonita Skin product is made locally by hand in West Kelowna, British Columbia, in small batches made to order. Nothing sits around in inventory. Everything is made fresh, close to home.
What is Bonita Skin made from?
Bonita Skin is made using thoughtfully selected natural and mostly organic ingredients, chosen with the same care Nicole brings to Bonita Beauty & Wellness.
Is Bonita Skin tested on animals?
No. Bonita Skin is cruelty-free — our products and ingredients are never tested on animals.
Where can I see the full ingredient list?
Every Bonita Skin product page lists its ingredients, so you always know what you're putting on your skin.
I have sensitive skin. What should I do?
As with any new skincare product, we recommend doing a small patch test before your first full use, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies.
An item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Because everything is made in small batches rather than mass produced, some items sell out between batches. Restocks happen regularly, so check back or follow along on our socials for updates.

Who is behind Bonita Essentials?
Bonita Essentials was created by Nicole Pearson, founder of Bonita Beauty & Wellness in Vernon, BC. What started as a spa devoted to helping people look and feel their best grew into Bonita Skin, Wellness, and Essentials, bringing that same care beyond the spa and into your everyday life.
