Refund Policy

Bonita Essentials is dedicated to your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, other than a custom or made-to-order request, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

You may return any Bonita Essentials product at any time up until the 30th day after receipt of the product, on the strict condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that the packaging has not been damaged, unless the product is defective.

Returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice. Subject to the above, you do not need to provide any justification, nor pay any penalty.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products, unless Bonita Essentials failed to deliver the product ordered or the product delivered is defective. In such cases, Bonita Essentials will cover the costs and risks related to transportation, provided you use a shipping carrier that guarantees against loss and damage.

Because Bonita Skin products are made to order in small batches, custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
